DeviceRx is a mobile computer repair and IT support business based in Westbury, NY, serving homes and small businesses across Long Island & Queens, NY. We're not a walk-in storefront — we come to you, work remotely by screen-share, or pick your device up, repair it, and deliver it back.

The idea behind DeviceRx is simple: technology problems are stressful enough without having to unplug everything, drive to a shop, and wait days for an answer. So we built the service around convenience and straight talk — clear prices, honest scope, and work you approve before it happens.

What we do

Device repair for phones, tablets, and computers; virus and malware removal; Windows reinstalls and new-computer setup; SSD and RAM upgrades; custom PC building and hands-on lessons; and remote and on-site IT support for households and small businesses. For physically damaged drives that need a certified cleanroom, we coordinate recovery through our professional partners.

How we price
